Seeking a Power BI / Tableau Developer with experience building interactive dashboards, self-service reporting solutions, and enterprise data visualizations. Responsibilities
- Design and develop Power BI and Tableau dashboards for executive, operational, and analytical reporting.
- Connect and integrate reports with enterprise data sources including SQL databases, APIs, data warehouses, and cloud platforms.
- Build and optimize data models, DAX calculations, KPIs, and visualization performance.
- Develop self-service reporting solutions and reusable BI datasets for business users.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and define business metrics.
- Maintain published reports, datasets, refresh schedules, and workspace governance.
- Ensure dashboard accuracy, usability, scalability, and data consistency across reporting solutions.
- Troubleshoot reporting issues, optimize queries,



and improve report performance.
- Support documentation, user adoption, and continuous enhancement of BI platforms.

Qualifications
- Experience delivering BI solutions for Finance, Healthcare, Energy, or enterprise clients.
- Familiarity with Power BI Service administration, row-level security (RLS), and workspace governance.
- Experience with Tableau Server, report publishing, and enterprise reporting environments.
- Understanding of data warehousing, ETL pipelines, and cloud-based analytics platforms.
- Robust analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field. Relevant Power BI, Tableau, or cloud analytics certifications are a plus.
