Hiring: BIM Architect / BIM Engineer (Architecture)

We are looking for a talented BIM Architect / BIM Engineer (Architecture) to join our growing team. If you have strong expertise in Autodesk Revit, BIM workflows, and multidisciplinary coordination, we'd love to hear from you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Create and maintain BIM models across different project stages.
- Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Infrastructure teams.
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues.
- Prepare construction documentation, drawings, and schedules.
- Develop Revit families, templates, and content libraries.
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, quality procedures, and project requirements.
- Maintain model integrity, synchronization,



and version control.

REQUIREMENT
S
- 3–8 years of experience as a BIM Architect/BIM Engineer
- .Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- .Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit
- .Positive understanding of BIM standards and workflows
- .Experience with multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection
- .Excellent communication and teamwork skills

*Experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)/BIM 360.

Familiarity with international BIM standards is an advantage.*
