Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive (BDE) role based in Noida, focused on driving growth for Toyo Kombucha in the FMCG segment. The BDE will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including modern trade, general trade, HoReCa, and institutional channels, while nurturing relationships with distributors and key retail partners.



Daily responsibilities include field visits, market mapping, lead generation, pitching products to prospective clients, and ensuring product visibility and placement in targeted outlets. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for order processing, inventory planning, and promotional activities, as well as tracking sales performance and reporting market insights and competitor activities. The BDE will also support local marketing initiatives, sampling drives, and brand activations to build awareness and increase sales.

Qualifications
- FMCG sales and business development skills, including experience in territory management, channel development, and relationship-building with distributors and retail partners.
