About the Role

As Associate Director Talent Acquisition, you will lead talent strategy and execution at scale for Zinnovs Global Excellence (GE) practice. This role sits at the intersection of business growth, leadership influence, and operational excellence. You will partner with senior leadership to shape hiring priorities, drive business-critical and high-volume recruitment, and build a robust, future-ready recruiting organization.

This is a role for a seasoned TA leader who is equally comfortable setting strategy, running complex delivery engines,



and rolling up their sleeves when needed. You will drive key initiatives across diversity hiring, process transformation, and capability building, delivering outcomes in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment.

What Youll Do

Talent Strategy & Enterprise-Scale Delivery
- Build and drive talent acquisition strategy aligned to business priorities, growth plans, and operating models
- Translate workforce plans into scalable hiring programs with clear delivery governance
- Balance short-term execution with long-term capability and pipeline building

Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing recruiting team
- Set clear goals, coach performance, and raise the bar across sourcing, assessment, and closing
- Build leadership bench strength and ensure consistent execution quality at scale
