Position Overview

The 33kV Transmission Line Execution Engineer is responsible for end-to-end execution of 33kV overhead transmission line projects, ensuring technical compliance, quality control, safety adherence, and timely project delivery as per approved drawings and specifications.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Execute construction of 33kV overhead transmission lines as per approved drawings and technical specifications.
- Plan site activities, manpower deployment, and resource scheduling.
- Conduct/check route surveys, profiling, and tower spotting.
- Supervise excavation, reinforcement, concreting, and curing of tower foundations.
- Ensure protected and proper tower erection including verticality checks and torque tightening.
- Supervise installation of insulators, hardware fittings, spacers, vibration dampers, and other line accessories.
- Ensure sagging and stringing activities are performed as per sagtension charts.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.




- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for seamless execution.
- Handle material management, reconciliation, and inventory tracking.
- Support billing documentation, MB preparation, and verification of executed work.
- Assist in statutory compliance, ROW (Right of Way) coordination, and resolving land-related issues.

Prerequisites
- Strong technical knowledge of 33kV transmission line construction and standards.
- Hands-on experience in tower foundations, erection, and stringing.
- Understanding of safety norms and electrical regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to read basic AutoCAD drawings.
- Good communication and leadership skills to coordinate with contractors and teams.
- Willingness to work at remote project locations.

Preferred Certifications
- Electrical Safety Certification
- Training in Transmission Line Construction (33/66/132 kV)
