The Role

We are looking for a driven, proactive Sales Executive to spearhead the front end of our client acquisition in the US market. This is an exciting opportunity for a natural conversation-starter who thrives on daily outreach, relationship building, and connecting with key decision-makers across the architecture and construction industry.

In this role, you won't just be working independently you will be a core part of a global engine, collaborating hand-in-hand with our US-based leadership and technical teams.



You will work closely with our US colleagues to share market feedback, align on strategic targets, and help bridge our operations across time zones. What you will be doing

Proactive Client Outreach
- Initiate daily, professional phone conversations with US-based architects, general contractors, and property developers to introduce Daymark Engineers.
- Build positive rapport with executive assistants and gatekeepers to secure meaningful calendar time with key decision-makers.
- Deploy thoughtful, multi-touch follow-up cadences (combining phone calls, personalized emails, and voicemails) to nurture relationships and stay top-of-mind without feeling intrusive.
