• Assess project justification, risk analysis and other business factors to effectively prioritize RxClaim development requests
• Manage applicable funding pools, prioritize features and ensure appropriate development teams are assigned
• Track development requests beginning starting at intake and completing at product installation
• Coordinate and provide development request tracking and status for high profile Health Plan clients
• Work in concert with the Technical Capability Management and Governance Team to plan product feature backlog and MOD releases
• Ensure cross-team collaboration with Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer and Product Owners on scaled Agile efforts
• Communicate development timelines and updates with business requestors, stakeholders, Account Management and executive leadership
• Remove roadblocks within the process
• Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and current trends

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years working experience at a PBM
• 1+ years working with Government or regulated programs (ex: Medicare, Medicaid, Exchange)
• Experience in analysis of business processes and workflows, and providing evaluations, benchmarks, and/or process improvement recommendations
• Experience reviewing and interpreting business requirements
• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills with all levels of the organization
• Experience working in tight timelines and delivering difficult information
