About the Role This role involves working as a PMO/Business Architect, supporting production activities, and driving results in a high-performance setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating techno-functional specifications and managing stakeholders. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to drive results and achieve high performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Production Support activities
- Create Techno-Functional Specifications
- Develop and implement solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive results
- Utilize API's and SQL to support business needs
- Participate in Software and Defect management cycle
- Develop and maintain documentation




- Communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Drive action and results in a high-performance setting

Requirements
- Have 3-5 years of experience as PMO/Business-Architect
- Be well-versed with API’s
- Have basics of SQL
- Be well-versed with Software and Defect management cycle
- Have experience in Solutioning and documentation
- Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Have a strong bias for action and driving results
