HR Executive – Jewel Child Development Centre Educational Qualification
- MBA in Human Resource Management (HR) – Mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Psychology, or any relevant discipline.

Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or HR Administration.
- Fresh MBA graduates with solid HR knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Prior internship or experience in recruitment, employee engagement, or HR operations will be an added advantage.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and onboarding.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain employee records and confidentiality.
- Basic understanding of HR policies and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment,



resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Support employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and attendance.
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related activities.
- Assist with payroll and HR administrative tasks.
- Support employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies.

Preferred Candidate
- MBA (HR) with 0–2 years of experience.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in HR.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Work Location: Kochi, Kottayam

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
