Associate, Production

Work you'll do
As an Associate, Production on the US Consulting Services Knowledge Services team, you will be responsible for:
- Partnering with business stakeholders to maintain, update, and publish content across knowledge platforms
- Publishing, tagging, archiving, and reviewing content in alignment with taxonomy, workflow, brand, and style standards
- Building and updating SharePoint Modern pages using stakeholder-provided content and guidance from Knowledge Managers
- Coordinating with stakeholders and Knowledge Managers on project planning, reporting, issue tracking, and content improvement opportunities




- Collaborating with subject matter experts and Knowledge Services colleagues to maintain knowledge repositories and support knowledge-sharing initiatives

The US Consulting Services Knowledge Services team supports our practitioners in winning, selling, delivering, connecting, and collaborating with clients and colleagues. We ensure access to the latest and most relevant content while facilitating people connections.

Location: Bengaluru
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- 0-3 years of experience in content management, knowledge management, web publishing, or a similar function
- MBA or equivalent Master’s degree with 60% or 6.5 GPA and above throughout, with no active backlogs
- Experience building or updating SharePoint Contemporary pages and publishing content in SharePoint Online
- Experience using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Experience reviewing content for completeness, consistency, and adheren
