The candidate must have good English communication skills, strong convincing power, and the ability to manage a team of around 100–200 employees, including helpers, supervisors, and senior sales executives. Candidates must be residents of Delhi, Ghaziabad, or nearby NCR areas only.

Location: Site-4, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 CTC/Month

Job Details (3 Lines)

We are looking for a Factory Manager with a Sales background and excellent communication skills to manage overall factory operations. Candidates must be from Delhi/NCR only (nearby locations); applications from distant states will not be considered. A 1-month training will be provided before independently handling the role.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete factory operations, including production, inventory control, quality, workforce, dispatch, purchasing, and procurement.
- Ensure smooth daily operations, team coordination, productivity, and timely dispatches.
- Maintain operational discipline, reporting, and process improvements.

Requirements




- Sales background with strong communication and leadership skills.
- Good personality with a skilled appearance; comfortable wearing formal attire.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates should reside in Delhi/NCR (near Sahibabad/Ghaziabad) only.

CTC: Up to ₹35,000 per month.
