Key Responsibilities

Operational Management, Assist in managing daily operations of the restaurant, including dining service, reservations, and guest interactions, Monitor food preparation, presentation, and quality standards. Ensure smooth workflow between kitchen, service, and front-of-house teams

Maintain inventory of supplies, tableware, and equipment





Staff Supervision Training, Supervise restaurant staff including servers, hosts, bartenders, and support personnel

Train and coach staff on service standards, SOPs, menu knowledge, and hygiene practices

Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts, Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for improvement. Guest Service Relations

Ensure exceptional guest experiences and address complaints or concerns promptly. Handle VIP guests and special requests with professionalism and courtesy

Promote upselling of menu items, beverages, and special promotions
