• Familiarity with Shopify order management, refunds, and customer support processes is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and customer support software.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience in Customer Support, Customer Success,



Customer Relationship Management, E-commerce Support, or a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
