1. Supervise blown film production activities.2. Ensure daily production targets are achieved.3. Monitor film thickness, width, and GSM.4. Ensure product quality as per customer specifications.5. Plan and execute machine changeovers.6. Reduce production wastage and rejection.7. Monitor raw material consumption.8. Coordinate with Maintenance for machine breakdowns.9. Maintain daily production reports.10. Ensure machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.11. Train operators and helpers.12. Maintain 5S and housekeeping.13. Coordinate with QA and Stores.15. Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
