Role Description
The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and supporting the full employee lifecycle for team members and trainers. This is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. Key responsibilities include implementing HR policies, maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities, and supporting performance management processes. The role will also involve handling employee relations matters,



organizing training and development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and company guidelines. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with management to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment aligned with the organization’s mission in IT education and training.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience overseeing core HR functions.
- Candidates should possess HR Operations skills, including maintaining HR documentation, payroll and attendance coordination, and compliance tracking.
- Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and engagement activities.
- Candidates should possess HR Policies knowledge, including drafting, implementing, and updating policies and procedures.
