Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Executive role in the glass industry, based in Gurugram. The Relationship Executive will manage and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring consistent communication and high levels of satisfaction.



Daily responsibilities include coordinating with glass industry customers, understanding their requirements, preparing and following up on quotations, and supporting order processing and after-sales service. The role involves collaborating closely with internal teams such as sales, operations, and logistics to meet client commitments and resolve issues promptly. The Relationship Executive will also track market trends in the glass sector, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to achieving sales and revenue targets through effective client engagement.
