What you will do :
- Prospect & Research: Identify and research potential clients in the creative and digital media space.
- Lead Generation Tools: Use platforms like
Apollo.io,/ZoomInfo/Lusha
to build and manage a high-quality lead pipeline.
- Outreach Campaigns: Run personalised outreach via email and LinkedIn using tools like
Lemlist, /Instantly/ Clay.
- CRM Management: Keep our CRM
(HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce
) organised and up to date.
- Target Hitter: Consistently meet or exceed monthly lead and conversion targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Creative Team and Team Managers to convert leads into loyal clients.
- Value Selling: Clearly communicate the value of INTIGLY’s services using your industry knowledge.
- Campaign Optimisation: Write, test, and refine outreach strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Nurture and maintain relationships with existing accounts

What you must have
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales or lead generation role, ideally in a creative agency or service-based business.




- Proven ability to generate and qualify leads that convert into revenue.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A data-driven mindset with a knack for experimentation and optimization.
- Familiarity with sales automation tools and CRM platforms.
- Bonus: Passion for content creation, or post-production.
