As part of the Global HR Operations team and reporting to the HR Operations Manager, the HR Operations Coordinator delivers a high-quality, effective, and customer-focused HR service. The role provides first-line support across the employee lifecycle, ensures accurate and compliant employee data management, and acts as a key advocate for digital HR operations.

The role leverages Workday, reporting tools, automation technologies, and AI-enabled solutions to improve employee experience, operational efficiency, and data quality across the HR function. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the continuous improvement and modernization of HR processes through technology, data insights, and automation.
