Job Role: MBSE Systems Engineer (SysML / MagicDraw)

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Bangalore / Pune

Key Responsibilities
- Define, prioritize, and manage system requirements throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Translate customer requirements into detailed system and subsystem specifications.
- Perform system decomposition, functional analysis, and interface management.
- Develop system architecture, boundary diagrams, capability models, and system documentation.
- Create and maintain SysML models using MagicDraw/Cameo or equivalent MBSE tools.
- Support system architecture definition, integration, verification, and validation activities.
- Act as Product Owner and manage product backlogs when required.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including Scrum and SAFe.
- Collaborate with design, software, hardware, validation, and integration teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Support system reviews,



requirement traceability, and engineering documentation.

- Good understanding of system architecture, requirement decomposition, and interface management.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum / SAFe).
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
