Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP QM incidents, service requests, and enhancements.
- Configure and support SAP QM processes including Inspection Lots, Quality Notifications, Sampling Procedures, Usage Decisions, and Quality Certificates.
- Work closely with business users to resolve production issues and support continuous improvements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as SAP MM, PP, SD, and WM.
- Support testing, deployments, documentation, and user training activities.
Required Skills:
- Robust hands-on experience in SAP QM support.
- Expertise in Quality Management processes and SAP QM configuration.
- Experience in Pharmaceutical domain with knowledge of GMP, GxP, FDA compliance, CAPA, and Batch Management.
- Good understanding of SAP QM integration with MM and PP modules.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
