Role & responsibilities
- Design, develop, and modify PLC programs as per project requirements
- Program, test, and troubleshoot PLC systems using Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, and Schneider platforms
- Interpret electrical drawings, control schematics, and P&ID; diagrams
- Perform system simulation, FAT, SAT, and onsite commissioning
- Diagnose faults and provide timely troubleshooting during installation and operation
- Coordinate with clients to understand automation requirements and provide technical solutions
- Develop and maintain project documentation for future reference
- Provide post-installation technical support and service
- Travel to client locations for project execution and support
Preferred candidate profile
- 3 to 7 years of experience in PLC Programming & Industrial Automation
- Strong hands-on experience in PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems
- Experience in onsite commissioning and field support
- Good understanding of sensors, actuators, drives, control panels, and electrical systems
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Ethernet/IP, Profibus
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to travel for project execution
