We are looking for a seasoned Digital Marketing Head to own and scale our entire digital marketing function. You will be responsible for driving qualified inbound leads for our IT services and SaaS offerings spanning custom software development, cloud migration, and data engineering targeting mid-market enterprises across global markets.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will build strategy, execute campaigns, manage budgets, and report directly to the CEO.

Key responsibilities

SEO, AEO & generative engine optimization (GEO)
- Own the full organic visibility strategy across traditional search (Google), AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity etc), and AI Overviews
- Execute technical SEO audits, on-page optimization, and off-page/backlink strategies to improve keyword rankings and domain authority
- Develop and implement
Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
strategies structured data/schema markup, question-based content architecture, and featured snippet optimization
- Build a
Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)




playbook ensuring the company is cited and referenced by LLM-based search tools through topical authority, content clusters, high-authority publishing, and entity optimization
- Monitor and track brand visibility across AI search platforms and adapt strategy based on evolving AI retrieval patterns

B2B lead generation & paid media
- Design and execute creative, differentiated B2B lead generation campaigns targeting VP/Director/C-level buyers at mid-market enterprises
- Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and supporting channels with full-funnel tracking
- Develop ABM (Account-Based Marketing) plays, content-led campaigns, and demand generation programs
- Own lead targets, CPL benchmarks, and pipeline contribution metrics
- Collaborate with the sales team on lead handoff, scoring, and nurture workflows

Marketing automation & process engineering
- Set up and manage marketing automation workflows lead nurture sequences, scoring
