Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive business growth, and achieve sales targets for a leading NBFC. The ideal candidate should have experience in financial services, banking, NBFC, or co-operative societies.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage overall branch operations.

Achieve branch business and revenue targets.

Lead and motivate the sales team.

Generate business for Gold Loans, NCDs, SME Loans, and Deposits.

Ensure customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Monitor branch profitability and operational efficiency.

Requirements:





Experience: Above 5 years in Banking / NBFC / Financial Institution / Co-operative Society.

Robust leadership and team management skills.

Experience in Gold Loan, SME, Deposits, or related financial products.

Salary:

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 + Individual Product Incentives

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
