About the Position
- Experience: 0 to 2 years
- Salary: Up to 2.5 lakh per annum, depending on experience
- Location: Sinhagad Road, Pune | Full time work from office

Roles and Responsibilities
- Search for suitable candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and referrals.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on the job requirements provided.
- Call candidates and conduct preliminary screening using a structured questionnaire.
- Collect information such as relevant experience, current and expected salary, notice period, job location preference, relocation requirement, and technical skills.
- Schedule shortlisted candidates for a 30-minute interview with the in-house evaluator.
- Coordinate interview timings, send reminders, and update candidate status in the recruitment tracker.
- Maintain accurate records of sourced, contacted, shortlisted,



and interviewed candidates.
- The role does not involve client communication or coordination after the candidate is submitted to the client.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable making recruitment and screening calls.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, email, and internet searches.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow a structured recruitment process.
- Willingness to learn basic engineering and software terminology.
- Comfortable working from the office.
- Previous experience in recruitment, telecalling, placement coordination, customer support, or inside sales is preferred but not mandatory.
