Role & responsibilities
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 7+ years of experience in contract management within real estate, construction, or infrastructure projects.
- Experience working with reputed developers, contractors, or PMC organizations.
- Prepare, review, negotiate, and administer construction contracts, subcontracts, and work orders.
- Manage tendering activities including bid evaluation, techno-commercial analysis, and contractor selection.
- Positive communication and stakeholder management
