Job Overview

As a Travel Sales Executive, you will be the face and voice of our brand. You will manage the entire sales lifecycle—from chasing fresh leads and crafting the perfect pitch to designing customized domestic and international itineraries. If you have a passion for travel, a knack for closing deals, and love the fast-paced energy of a start-up, we want you on board

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach:
Actively generate new leads, conduct cold/warm outbound calls, and rigorously follow up with potential clients.
- Consultative Selling:
Understand client requirements to pitch and design exciting, customized
domestic and international travel packages

- Negotiation & Closing:
Present compelling sales pitches, handle objections smoothly, and negotiate pricing to close deals while maintaining healthy margins.
- Field Sales & Networking:
Step out of the office when required to meet corporate clients, attend travel expos, or close high-value accounts in person.
- Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business, excellent reviews, and word-of-mouth referrals.
- End-to-End Coordination:
Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and operators to ensure seamless execution of the booked trips.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education:
A Degree or Diploma in
Tourism, Travel Management, Hospitality
, or a closely related field is mandatory.
- Experience:
1+ years of proven sales experience
specifically within the travel and tourism industry.
