About the Role This role involves designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, providing technical leadership, and ensuring alignment with business needs. The successful candidate will bridge business objectives with technical execution, requiring expertise in platform capabilities, scripting, integrations, and up-to-date development practices. The role is responsible for implementing and managing ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, DPR, ATF ITAM, CMDB, and SPM. The goal is to improve service delivery and enhance user experience through effective service management solutions.

Key Responsibilities




- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs
- Develop and configure ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and SPM modules
- Conduct regular system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement IT service management best practices
- Create and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and system changes
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize their usage of the ServiceNow platform
- Lead development for modules like ITSM, ITOM, CSM, DPR, SPM, ITAM, and CMDB
- Customize the platform and conduct testing
- Mentor other team members

Requirements

- Have extensive knowledge and experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and SPM modules
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex IT challenges
