Job Overview

Katyayani Organics is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive with proven experience in end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate should have excellent sourcing, stakeholder management, and strong negotiation and candidate-closing skills. Experience in hospitality recruitment and HR compliances will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill hiring requirements.
- Source, screen, interview, and close candidates.
- Negotiate offers and ensure successful candidate closures.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring reports.
- Support onboarding and recruitment documentation.





Requirements
- 2–5 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with free job portals like LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Knowledge of candidate sourcing and screening.

Note: Preference will be given to candidates based in Bhopal or those who can join immediately.
