Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify business opportunities for our engineering services. The ideal candidate will research target markets, identify decision-makers, generate qualified leads, and support the sales team in building a strong sales pipeline across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers using online databases and professional networking platforms.
- Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, including email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and other digital channels.
- Build and maintain a database of potential customers and key contacts.




- Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria such as industry, project requirements, budget, authority, and timeline.
- Schedule meetings and introductory calls for the Business Development and Sales teams.
- Develop targeted prospect lists for specific engineering services and market segments.
- Coordinate with marketing to execute lead nurturing and demand generation campaigns.
- Track lead status, conversion rates, and sales pipeline activities using CRM tools.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and follow-up activities.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Participate in industry events, webinars, and exhibitions to identify recent business prospects.
