Purpose/Objective

Responsible for executing the HR&IR; strategy and initiatives for building a high performing, motivated and engaged workforce at the cluster.
Creating a dynamic, inclusive and high-performance stimulating work environment for cluster employees through effective HR processes & policies, talent acquisition, learning 8 development, talent management, employee engagement & HR operations.
Create value addition for business and competitor differentiation through creative use of people dimension and proactive IR approach.

Implement the industrial relations strategy effectively to establish cordial labour relations, employee relations, and training in the support of organization's labour relations strategy at the Cluster level.
Ensuring statutory compliance at the cluster level as well as resolving issues related to trade union relations and labour laws.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Strategic Roles & Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Cluster Head and HODs to understand the business priorities,



overall strategy and plan for the HR function to detail out the annual charter for sites with the aim of supporting business goals.
- Participate in defining the HR function road map and operational plans for the BU and Cluster.
- Support formulation and lead execution of strategic initiatives for the HR & IR function at Cluster in accordance with the prescribed Group guidelines.
- Prepare the budget for the Cluster and ensure adherence to the prescribed Group/BU level guidelines; Take corrective action for any budget deviations and escalate any issues if necessary.
- Drive adherence to the defined HR & IR Policies and frameworks at the Cluster level; propose periodic changes to HR processes/ interventions in the line with the changing dynamics at the Cluster level Organization Design: - Participate in organization structure design for the Cluster and make recommendations to BU HR Head for updating it as per changing requirements of the Cluster, Support docu
