Responsible to generate top line by driving team in assigned region
- Create strong relationship with Partner – HDFC Bank
- Ensure Market share is above 75% in all assigned branches
- Employee retention above 85% and 50% team to take their promotion
- Frequent Branch visits and handholding of new employees
- Maintain persistency as per target assigned
What does the job entail?
A Life Insurance Skilled with having experience in managing a team, preferred from Banca channel. Total experience should be 12 to 18 years with Graduation or post graduation
