Prepare electrical design drawings, layouts, and Single Line Diagrams (SLD). Perform electrical load calculations, cable sizing, and voltage drop calculations. Design power distribution systems, lighting systems, earthing, and lightning protection systems. Prepare BOQ, cost estimates, and technical specifications. Review project requirements and ensure design compliance with applicable standards and regulations. Coordinate with architects, civil teams, consultants, and execution teams for smooth project delivery. Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings. Support site teams during execution, testing, and commissioning activities. Coordinate with vendors for technical evaluation and equipment selection. Ensure compliance with NBC, IS standards, and electrical safety norms. Required Skills Robust knowledge of electrical design engineering for construction/building projects.
