Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in New Delhi. The Human Resources Executive will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including managing employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, documentation,



and exit processes. The role involves implementing and maintaining HR policies, supporting performance management cycles, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations. The Human Resources Executive will handle employee relations, address workplace concerns, and promote a positive, inclusive culture aligned with SOUKMEDIA’s values. Additional responsibilities include coordinating training and development initiatives, maintaining HR records and HRIS data, supporting recruitment activities, and collaborating with leadership on workforce planning.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience managing core HR functions.
- Proficiency in HR Operations, including HR administration, documentation, and HRIS or related systems.
