Role Description
The Car Salesperson role is a full-time, on-site position based at Mahindra K.S. Automobiles in Udaipur. This role is responsible for greeting and engaging customers, understanding their requirements, and recommending suitable vehicles and financing options. Day-to-day tasks include conducting product demonstrations and test drives, explaining vehicle features and benefits, preparing accurate quotations, and completing sales documentation.



The Car Salesperson will follow up with prospects and existing customers to support customer retention and build a loyal client base. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, maintaining showroom presentation standards, and meeting individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications
- Strong customer-focused approach with skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention.
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Experience or interest in Automotive Sales, with the ability to understand vehicle features and benefits.
- Basic knowledge of sales processes, negotiation, and handling customer inquiries.
- Ability to work on-site in a showroom environment and collaborate with sales and service teams.
- Proficiency in local languages and English for clear communication with diverse customers.
