Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Fieldglass Functional Consultant with expertise in Services Procurement and integration support. The consultant will be responsible for monitoring Fieldglass integrations, troubleshooting issues, and supporting ongoing enhancements.

Required Skills
- 8+ years of SAP Functional experience
- Robust hands-on experience with SAP Fieldglass Services Procurement
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration




- Knowledge of contingent workforce processes
- Experience troubleshooting integration issues
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Manual data corrections and reprocessing
- Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors is preferred
- Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities
- Monitor Fieldglass integration jobs and resolve failures.
- Perform manual record corrections and reprocess failed transactions.
- Investigate root causes of integration issues.
- Support redesign and testing of integration solutions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including SuccessFactors, LMS, Saviynt, and S/4HANA teams.
