Position Summary

The Associate Teacher (Pre-Primary) supports the Mother Teacher in delivering a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning setting for young children. The role is essential in assisting classroom activities, ensuring individual child attention, supporting learning materials,



and helping maintain a well-structured and nurturing early learning environment.

The ideal candidate should be caring, energetic, patient, and passionate about working with young children, with a strong commitment to early childhood education and classroom support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Classroom Support & Assistance

· Assist the Mother Teacher in daily classroom activities and lesson execution.

· Support children during structured and unstructured learning activities.

· Help maintain classroom discipline in a positive and child-friendly manner.

· Provide individual attention to children who require additional support.

· Assist in transitions between activities, breaks, and classroom routines.

2. Learning Support & Activity Facilitation

· Help conduct activity-based learning such as storytelling, rhymes, art, craft, and games.
