Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Senior Chemist role based in Vagra. The Senior Chemist will oversee day-to-day laboratory operations, including planning and conducting chemical analyses related to hazardous waste conversion and alternative fuel production. The role involves designing and optimizing experimental procedures, interpreting analytical data, and ensuring test methods meet internal and regulatory standards. The Senior Chemist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process improvements, troubleshoot quality issues,



and implement best practices in environmental and safety compliance. Responsibilities also include mentoring junior staff, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to technical reports and project presentations.

Qualifications
- Strong Laboratory Skills, including handling of chemicals, sample preparation, and use of standard lab equipment.
- Demonstrated experience in Quality Control, with a focus on testing procedures, validation, and adherence to standards.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret complex data, troubleshoot issues, and support process optimization.
- Background in Research and Development (R&D;) and Research, especially in environmental chemistry, waste management, or alternative fuels.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
