We are looking for an experienced
Business Analyst
with a strong understanding of
TIBCO technologies
. Candidates with a solid
TIBCO technical background
who are interested in transitioning into a Business Analyst role are also encouraged to apply.

Key Requirements

✅ 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role

✅ TIBCO experience is mandatory/preferred (BusinessWorks, EMS, Spotfire, ActiveMatrix, EBX, Flogo, etc.)

✅ Strong experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements

✅ Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams

✅ Excellent communication, analytical,



and problem-solving skills

✅ Experience preparing
BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Process Flows,
and other functional documentation

✅ Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is an added advantage
