About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
to lead the company's technology vision and innovation strategy. The CTO will oversee product engineering, AI platform development, cloud infrastructure, security, and emerging technologies while driving technical excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Lead engineering, AI, product development, and technology teams.
- Drive innovation in AI, cloud platforms, automation, and enterprise software.
- Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing technology architecture.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and leadership teams to deliver innovative solutions.




- Establish engineering best practices and technology governance.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and implement strategies that enhance competitive advantage.
- Mentor technical leaders and build a high-performance engineering culture.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12+ years of technology leadership experience, including experience in AI, SaaS, or enterprise software.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering scalable technology platforms.
- Strong expertise in cloud technologies, software architecture, AI/ML, DevOps, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
