We are seeking a creative and talented Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing cutting-edge design solutions that meet the needs of our clients and enhance the overall user experience. This role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs that align with our brand’s vision and objectives. The Candidate will be required to adhere to GCC country working hours, which correspond to 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM IST, from Monday till Saturday.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design promotional booklets and marketing materials for Company’s leading brands.
* Create high-quality eCommerce online listing images optimized for digital platforms.
* Develop creative product packaging designs for mobile accessories and lifestyle products.
* Design impactful billboards, social media creatives, and website banners.
* Edit videos and create engaging motion graphics (added advantage)
* Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to meet branding and campaign goals.
* Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent), with two/three years of experience.
*Proven experience as a designer (Portfolio Required).
*Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, Video Editing, Motion Graphics Animation.)
*Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, typography, and layouts.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
*Experience with marketing and promotional materials design.
