Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operations Head to lead end-to-end operational governance of our BC/CSP network. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own strategic direction, process excellence, and performance accountability across seven departments: Call Centre, Field Technical, Reconciliation, Digital Transformation, Service & Activation, Procurement & Hardware, and Limit Management.




This is a senior leadership role for a professional who combines operational depth in the BFSI/BC domain with robust people leadership and bank partner management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Operations Leadership
- Own operational performance across all Operations departments; define KPIs, dashboards, and review cadence for each team.
- Translate organizational strategy into departmental execution plans.
- Act as the single point of operational accountability in senior leadership reviews.

Bank Partner & Governance Management
- Serve as the primary operational interface with partner banks on network governance, CSP onboarding, code activation, and SLA compliance.
- Manage escalations and ensure contractual and SLA protections are documented in all bank-facing correspondence.

Reconciliation & Financial Control
- Oversee transaction reconciliation accuracy and settlement discipline across the BC/CSP network.
