Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Photographer/Videographer role based in Bengaluru. The role involves planning and executing photo and video shoots for marketing campaigns, brand content, and client projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include capturing high-quality images and footage, setting up lighting and audio equipment, and directing subjects to achieve the desired visual narrative. The Photographer/Videographer will edit and retouch photos, assemble and refine video content,



and collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, and strategy teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. The role also includes managing media assets, maintaining equipment, and staying current with visual trends and best practices.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in professional photography and videography, including shooting in studio and on location.
- Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting setups, audio recording equipment, and related gear.
- Robust skills in photo and video editing using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Ability to translate creative briefs and marketing objectives into compelling visual stories and content.
- Solid understanding of composition, color, framing, and visual aesthetics for digital and social media channels.
- Excellent organizational skills for planning shoots
