Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Enterprise Sales Head
to lead our B2B growth initiatives. This role will be responsible for acquiring and managing strategic partnerships with brokers, wealth management firms, fintechs, AMCs, NBFCs, RIAs, financial institutions, and other enterprise clients.
The ideal candidate has a solid network within the BFSI ecosystem, excels at consultative selling, and has successfully built enterprise revenue pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Signalz's enterprise sales strategy.
- Build relationships with CXOs, founders, business heads, and decision-makers.
- Generate and close high-value enterprise partnerships.
- Own the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to negotiations and closures.
- Build and manage a healthy enterprise sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations to deliver customized enterprise solutions.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and strategic alliances.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and long-term partnerships.
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and mentor the enterprise sales team as the organization scales.
Preferred Experience
- 6–10+ years of B2B/Enterprise Sales experience.
- Strong exposure to BFSI, FinTech, WealthTech, Capital Markets, or SaaS.
- Proven track record of closing enterprise deals.
