Photonics Watertech Limited is a growing organization in the Solar EPC industry, delivering high-quality rooftop solar solutions across India. We are looking for a dedicated and organized Back Office Executive to support our Rooftop Department.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain rooftop solar project documentation.
- Create quotations, proposals, and reports.
- Coordinate with customers, site engineers, vendors, and the DISCOM department.
- Update MIS reports and maintain project records.
- Handle data entry and documentation accurately.
- Follow up on project progress and ensure timely document submission.
- Assist the Rooftop Department in daily administrative and operational activities.
Required Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / ITI (Electrical)
Experience
- 1 to 3 Years
- Freshers with good electrical knowledge and excellent MS Excel skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Rooftop Solar Projects
- Good command of MS Excel, Word & Email
- Documentation and MIS Reporting
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in the Solar Industry will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
