Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, cloud technologies, and modern DevOps practices. Experience with frontend technologies such as React is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices-based applications.
- Develop event-driven applications using Apache Kafka.
- Work with AWS cloud services including EMR, S3, ECS, SQS/SNS, and CloudWatch.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Participate in code reviews,



troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support.
- Work in an Agile environment using Git and JIRA for version control and project tracking.

Required Skills:

Backend & Services : Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices Architecture

Streaming & Messaging: Apache Kafka

Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS (EMR, S3, ECS, SQS/SNS, CloudWatch)

CI/CD & Tools: GitLab Pipelines, Git, JIRA

Frontend (Good to Have): HTML, JavaScript, React / Redux

Required Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in Java backend development.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Experience deploying and managing applications in AWS environments.
- Knowledge of CI/CD best practices and Agile software development.
