Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled
Duck Creek Billing Consultant
with hands-on experience in Duck
Creek Billing (DCB) within the P&C; Insurance domain
. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in
billing processes, system configuration, and premium reconciliation
, along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable billing solutions.
This role requires a strong functional–technical background and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across the delivery lifecycle.
Required Skills
- 4–8 years of experience in P&C; Insurance IT, with strong focus on Duck Creek Billing
- Strong understanding of:
- Billing lifecycle (invoicing, payments, collections, refunds)
- Billing configuration and workflows
- Hands-on experience with:
- Duck Creek Author & Manuscripts
- Integration concepts (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of SQL/data validation
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Duck Creek Billing/Platform certification (preferred)
- Exposure to C#, .NET, and API integrations
- Experience in implementation or production support projects
