Role Overview
We are looking for an AI Social Media Manager who can combine strategic marketing thinking with AI and automation.
This is not a traditional social media management role.
You will be responsible for building AI-driven content systems that manage the complete social media lifecycle—from research and content ideation to creation, publishing, engagement, analytics, and continuous optimization.
Rather than manually creating every piece of content,
your responsibility will be to design scalable AI workflows that consistently produce high-quality content while maintaining our brand voice and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
AI-Powered Content Systems
- Design, build, and optimize AI agents that support content research, ideation, writing, visual generation, publishing, engagement, and reporting.
- Build scalable workflows that automate repetitive marketing tasks while maintaining high-quality output.
- Continuously improve AI prompts, content frameworks, and automation workflows.
- Identify recent opportunities where AI can improve marketing efficiency and creativity.
Content Strategy
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Build monthly and quarterly content calendars.
- Identify content opportunities based on market trends, audience behavior, and business priorities.
- Create educational, thought leadership, product, and community-driven content across multiple platforms.
