- Develop and execute international business development strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify and onboard recent overseas agents, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.
- Generate new business opportunities for import and export shipments through international networks.
- Develop long-term relationships with overseas customers, agents, and strategic partners.
- Explore new international trade lanes and market opportunities.
Overseas Agent Network Management
- Build and strengthen relationships with global freight forwarding partners and logistics networks.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, freight rates, and service contracts with overseas agents.
- Evaluate agent performance and ensure high service standards.
- Represent the company in international logistics conferences, networking events, and virtual meetings.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Prepare competitive freight quotations in coordination with the Pricing Team.
- Monitor sales pipelines and ensure timely conversion of opportunities into business.
- Develop key accounts and expand business with existing international customers.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain excellent relationships with international customers and overseas partners.
- Resolve customer concerns and service issues promptly.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service excellence.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key customers and overseas agents.
Team Coordination
- Work closely with Pricing, Operations, Documentation, Customer Service, Finance, and Customs Clearance teams.
- Guide and support the overseas business development team in achieving departmental objectives.
- Ensure seamless coordination for shipment execution and customer service.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor global freight market trends, shipping line updates, airline developments
