Role Description
The Logistics Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district.



This role is responsible for coordinating daily logistics operations, including tracking shipments, managing inventory movements, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The Logistics Specialist will work closely with internal teams and external partners to optimize supply chain processes, handle documentation for domestic and export activities, and resolve logistics-related issues. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring order fulfillment, maintaining accurate records in logistics systems, communicating with vendors and customers regarding shipment status, and supporting compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. The role also involves analyzing logistics data to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients, and to resolve shipment and service issues professionally.
