Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Customer Relationship Executive role based in Kurukshetra, Haryana. The role involves engaging with students and young professionals, responding to inquiries,



and ensuring a positive and supportive experience throughout their journey with GitaQuest. The Customer Relationship Executive will manage client communication across channels, maintain accurate records of interactions, and support program registrations and follow-ups. The role includes coordinating with internal teams to address participant needs, gathering feedback to improve services, and helping nurture long-term relationships with the community. The individual will also assist in organizing events, sessions, and retreats, and may support basic outreach and engagement initiatives aligned with GitaQuest’s mission.
